With the help of a natural enzyme we create 100% lactose free ice cream that is made with real dairy. Lactose is a sugar compound that is difficult to digest. Science Version

We add lactase enzyme to our dairy to convert the lactose from a disaccharide into its component monosaccharides,  glucose and galactose. As a lactose it is difficult to digest for those who are lactose intolerant. When broken down, the dairy becomes easy to digest.
